21 days (3 weeks) of basic salary per year for ALL years. No tiered rate — flat formula regardless of how long you worked.

Do I get full gratuity on resignation in Qatar?

Yes. Qatar Labour Law provides the same gratuity on both resignation and termination, after completing at least 1 year of service.

Is Qatar gratuity based on basic salary?

Yes. Only the basic wage is used. Housing, transport and other allowances are excluded.

How does Qatar compare to UAE gratuity?
